Go Ga-Ga over Gangster

The most blatant lies I have heard recently is Gangster is just another love triangle. It just can't be called another Hindi masala movie. The way emotions of human mind have been brought out is simply superb. Movie has been successful in showing that love is supreme over all other human emotions.

If one was to judge the movie technically it would go something like this. Direction: Good and neat. Anurag Basu has been able to convey the message he started out with. Music: Simply superb, right songs at the right place. Acting: Shiny performs as expected from him. Kangana has performed fairly well keeping in mind it's her first movie. Imraan is just Hashmi nothing else.

Basu deserves full credit for coming out with such a good movie and being practical and unbiased in his approach to movie. He has left it to the audience to decide who is at fault and in what light to see different characters. Indian directors have a false notion that movie and its protagonist should have a happy ending. Basu seems to have come out of this and has made a movie that leaves you mesmerized as you come out of the theatre.
